Chest pain

I am a 48 year old  woman who is obese and a smoker.. I parked at end of parking lot to go to store and when i arrived in store my chest felt constricted and I felt warm all over. I had to pause like catch my breath. Is that being too fat with no excercise or the hight blood pressure?  MY blood pressure has been rather high of late too. 170/104

You are damaging your coronary arteries with high blood pressure and smoking.  The result will be your heart will not receive a sufficient blood supply and heart muscle will die and cause heart failure.  The fact you have chest pains indicates your heart is not currently receiving enough blood supply.  Obesity is an additional strain on the heart.
