Chest pain

I have been admitted to the hospital twice or chest pain, they have done a treadmill stress test, endoscopy of my upper GI, echo cardiogram of my heart and an angioplasty, they can't see anything wrong, but yet I'm still having the same chest pain what do i do next?

Ask your doctor about this because it doesn't mean you don't have another gallstone blocking a bile duct. That has nothing to do with having a gallbladder but the pain is the same.

The pain feels like someone is grabbing me in the middle of my chest then pushing through to my back, it has happened when I was just lazily driving but usually is onset with somesort of physical action like walking out to get the mail

Ask the doc to check your gallbladder, that was my problem when I was in your position.

It would really depend on the type of pain, when it occurs, how long it lasts, the location etc. The word 'pain' really doesn't mean much to a Doctor or anyone else, there are so many variations of it. For example, stabbing, pinching, pulsating, constant etc etc. Are there any triggers which you know may bring it on.
