I need to know

What is the risk of complation from the dye and the anthesia being used on me for heart catheterization two day in a row to have a stent implanted?

None. The only complication really is if you have an allergic reaction to the dye, but then medication is administered to counteract this. The anaesthetic used is not gaseous, so again there are no complications.
