Scary symptoms trying to walk after a heart attack

I had a heart attack 3 weeks ago but no one knows why yet, I have no risk factors like clogged veins, heredity, etc...  Stress is maybe all we can figure so far

The scary part is I still can't really walk.  If I go out too far I get scary heart attack symptoms like cold hands and feet like an adrenaline rush, pins and needles there as well, and then if I cant rest soon I a get pounding heart, can breath but can't get a full breath, chest discomfort, and racing heart.  This has happened 3 times now after walking too far, and by far I mean only 100 yards at most.  It only seems to happen outside, inside I can do stairs and walk around fine.  When this happens it usually takes 2 days for the symptoms to a get better and makes me weaker like Ive lost valuable recovery time and am starting back weak like after my attack.

Doctors said nothing about this, anyone have any ideas?

Your doctor should have provided a stress test to determine the condition of your heart when stressed with exercise, etc.  It is unusual that there are symptoms when walking, but with  the higher stress levels there are no symptoms. Did you have an EKG, and if so did your were your symptms captured during the test. If not, you should have your heart rhythm observed with a event holter during your walk.   Cold hands would also indicate poor blood circulation and possible an ischemic issue (blocked vessels).  Has your thyroid been considered?

Thanks for the question and if you have any further questions or comments you are welcome to respond.  Take care,

Ken

No stents as there were no blockages.  Troponin levels were elevated which is why they said I had a heart attack.  All the tests were done except a stress test and all came out showing things as fine.  My cardiologist said to see him in another three months and recommended no rehab or plan, when this happens the symptoms feel like a heart attack and my cardiologist doesn't seem too concerned because the above tests came out negative, but I'm worried I may be causing heart damage each time this happens or is this just my body telling me I went to far and I'm being overly concerned about something that happens to others as well?  Thx much

Can you remember what tests you had done?
It is possible to have such symptoms outdoors but feel fine indoors, usually due to temperature. Do you know if they did a blood troponin level test? stress test? echo scan etc?
Did you have any intervention, such as a stent? was an angiogram performed?
A heart attack can affect heart muscle cells in different ways, depending on the severity. It can stun cells and this can take about three months for them to recover. It can also cause cell death is severe enough and the cells will never revive.
