Dizziness, Headache, Palpitations, Tiredness, HBP and Slow BP. Help!

My mother went to the E.R. the other day with dizziness, headache, palpitations, tiredness, etc. Her blood pressure was high, and then dropped very low.

We also found a nodule on her lung.

Can someone help me figure out what all of these results mean, and are they in optimal ranges? She is 50, just quit smoking, has CODP and MVP(mild).
