Do my echocardiogram results mean I need valve replacement soon?

I have had aortic valve stenosis for about 6 years but feel fine. I have played tennis a few times a week for over 50 years, even do hiit sessions regularly with no ill effects. My recent echocardiogram showed a LVIDd of 4.63; LVIDs of 2.72; LVPWd of .78 with an EF greater than 60%. Do these results suggest the need for aortic valve replacement in the near future?
