Nervous15 again.  I made a typo on the pomegranite mg.  It is 1000mg not 100mg.

Sorry

I am a 59 y o female with several risk factors for heart disease.  I have been on a regimin of 4800mg of Omega 3, and 100 mg od Pomagranite for several months and so far so good.  Both of those suppliments are easy to take as they are in pill form.  Omega3 is positive for a healthy heart and arteries, and pomagranite is a detoxifier/anti-oxident.  It seems that a couple of people I know having had heart by-pass surgery have been put on Omega3 by their cardiologists.  You might wanna check that out.  I hope this will help you some.
