Does IST cause heart attacks?
I was diagnosed with IST last month. Yesterday, I experienced pain in my left arm followed by dizziness, light headed, nauseated, my pulse went through the roof, my heart felt cold and I had an ice feeling on my neck.
From my understanding, IST doesn't cause heart attacks? But, wasn't that a mini heart attack or was that just an "episode" I'll be experiencing for the rest of my life?

IST is viewed by most to be a benign condition in the long-term.
It can cause the dizzyness, dyspnea, palpitation, etc.
