Do I have heart disease or is this a lung issue?

29 yo female with a past history of pneumothorax and lung surgery. I had chest pain around 8 months ago and went to my gp where I had an abnormal EKG (LAD and RBB). I was sent to the hospital where I had another abnormal EKG and normal CT scan. I was referred to a pulmonologist and no further info was provided to me about my heart. At the time I was using hormonal birth control and a nicotine vaporizer. I have since discontinued the birth control and have not had any further chest pain. I'm currently still using my vaporizer which I feel makes my heart pound a bit if I use it too much.
