EKG changes in lead III

Hi,
I recently had a myoview stress test done and was  told on the phone by a Dr.  that it was normal.  I got a copy of the report and the "Impression" states no definite evidence of ischemia or infarction.  My ef was 67%.

However, the report also states that "there are EKG changes in Lead III."  That doesn't sound normal to me!
Please, what does this mean?

Thanks!

EKG changes (can be an artefact, etc) and considered medically irrelevant.  An EKG requires clinical support as well as symptoms for a particular syndrome.  Lead111 refers to a particular location or angle to the heart.

You have a very good EF, and no blockage of the coronary arteries as well as no heart muscle damage from a prior MI.
