Echo - chronic myocarditis

I have a 22 year (age 51) history of a diffuse connective tissue disease - somewhat like lupus. I was hospitalized two weeks ago for a first time (low positive) troponin level of 0.07 and chest pain. Follow up echo showed a low "LA diam"  of 2 cm and  hyperdynamic LV function with an estimated EF of 70%.  Are these echo findings anything to worry about? These are new findings from 2 years ago. I also have a borderline mitral valve prolapse, trace mitral and trace to mild tricuspid regurge. Normal pulmonary pressure, normal atrial size. Cardiac stress test (without contrast) was "clinically positive" for induced symptoms of ischemia, all leads showing 1 mm rapidly upsloping ST segment depression.
Thanks

Troponin is released from heart muscle and a marker in the blood stream...>2.0 indicates heart muscle damage.  Levels between 0.5 to 2.0 indicate a dx of angina (chest pain due to lack of blood/oxygen to heart) other heart disorders or chronic kidney failure.

Left atrium diameter normal range is 1.0-4.0cm.

Hyperdynamic LV indicates an EF (amount of blood pumped out with each stroke) is estimated to be slightly high (norrmal is 55 to 65% approximately).  Not a concern unless there is overcompensation and that would include a dilated left ventricle, etc.

Valves have no significant insufficiency

It appears there is some evidence of blocked or partially blocked vessels..
