Reading a 2D Echo Report

How does one read a 2d echo report.

If the report is as follows:
M-Mode Measurements:
Aorta is 3.69cm
Aortic Peak is 4.22m/sec
AV Gradient is 71/39mmHg, AR PHT is 386ms
AV ANNULUS is 2.7 cms, MV ANNULUS is 3.73cms

Does these indicate Aortic Stenosis? How severity is this? Does this neccessiate Valve Replacement?

The complete report will have to be looked at by a cardiologist. With any regurgitation, there can be signs on other parts of the heart indicating how serious the situation is.

What about Aortic Stenosis? Do the Reading indicate Stenosis?

Or is this an Visual Impression of the 2D Echo Doctor?

I think this is a call to be made by your Doctor on several factors including your general health. Readings would seem to indicate you are on the borderline of severe valve insufficiency.
