I have mitral valve prolapse and have all my life. I've also been very athletic --- involved in a number of sports and activities. At a younger age I too worried when I'd read these stories and run to the doctor. I have the flutters and skipped beats and they can, if you let them, cripple you and stop enjoying life. I'm 63, still lift weights and figure that aside from this annoying issue, my heart is fine. So my suggestion is, get a good physical work up. Then enjoy your life.
i know your right i am going to see help thx glad your alright.
