Heart disease symptoms?

I have been taking 10 mg. Lisinopril for 3 years for high BP.  Approx. 2 weeks ago, I started experiencing the following symptoms:  thickness (pressure) in my neck & chest, dull pain primarily down my left arm, dull chronic headache, extreme fatigue.  I come from a family with a history of heart disease.  I had a stress test done 2 yrs ago, & everything looked fine.  I am beginning to wonder if I could be a candidate for a clogged artery other than within the heart chambers?  Or, could this be a sign of needing to review my BP med?  Strangely, these symptoms stay with me pretty much throughout the day.  I scheduled a Dr. appt, but was unable to get right in.  Take my BP daily, & it is well within a safe range.  I am female & 45.  Anyone else experience this?

High blood pressure does not have symptoms per se, but secondary to hbp there can be cardiac hypertrophy (enlarged heart) and  that can be the underlying cause for your symptoms...  worst case scenario.  You may want to take a baby aspirin until your cardio/vascular has been evaluated.
