Heavy feeling in the left arm

My husband had a heavy arm feeling for about 10 minutes a couple of days ago, he also said that he felt a little weird on the left side of the chest,  he did not have any other symptom, except for high blood pressure 165/110.
does any one knows what this could be,? I wanted him to go to the ER, but he did not want to go. and I am very worried about him.

Your husband should see a cardiologist for discomfort on the left side of the chest...it could have been heart related, and a warning sign.  Also, there should be treatment for the high blood pressure, and that condition can cause coronary artery disease and that would be consistant with the symptomatic chest discomfort.
