Please help

I need to know exactly what Septal wall psychokinesis is.

Did you see this written down or HEAR it?  I think you likely mean septal wall HYPOkinesis.  That would mean that section of muscle lacks the movement with each heartbeat that it should exhibit.  Sometimes that means a heart attack has damaged that part of the heart.  If too much of the heart is hypokinetic, it isn't a good pump anymore.  If it is hypokinetic, it often can not be brought back.  If you mean "psychokonesis", I got nothing for you.

The septal wall separates the left and right chamber.  The root meaning "kinesis" is movement.  "Psycho" root meaning is the mind.  So the answer to your question is mind control for septal wall movement.  Psychokinesis, then, is the general term that can be used to describe a variety of complex mental force phenomena (including object movement).
