Did you see this written down or HEAR it? I think you likely mean septal wall HYPOkinesis. That would mean that section of muscle lacks the movement with each heartbeat that it should exhibit. Sometimes that means a heart attack has damaged that part of the heart. If too much of the heart is hypokinetic, it isn't a good pump anymore. If it is hypokinetic, it often can not be brought back. If you mean "psychokonesis", I got nothing for you.
