How many of you guys drink Folgers instant decaf coffee??

I had to give up regular coffee when I had my first PAT episode two years ago, and have been drinking drip decaf coffee since.

Now that I've had my second PAT episode (last Friday) the Doc told me to limit my decaf coffee intake, as decaf still has caffiene.

Folgers instant decaf coffee is 99.7% caffiene free, so I'm just wondering how many of you guys have substituted Folgers instant decaf coffee for other coffee. It's not too bad, and contains the least caffiene on the market.

Thank you,.....marc

i use to be addicted to coffee however i became very health concious over the past year and decided to try decaf...i do still put sugar and cream in it...and i honestly do not notice a difference in energy at all...for me, its more of a mental thing..i use to be a red bull addict(use to work graveyard)..however my dr. told me to stay away from it also..so i just do decaf and i dont notice a difference in energy or taste...but i feel better drinking it cuz its better for you...take care!

I have tried to drink Instant Coffees, but the flavor is so strong and disgusting I went back to Millstone-brand Drip at a lesser strength.  Besides Coffee most soft drinks also have Caffeine, not to mention the mind-numbing Aspertame !!

I have just switched to Folger's Instant Decaf today. I was diagnosed with APC's, VPC's, and SVT just last summer (I'm only 23, but heart arrythmias run in my family) And had to cut back on my caffeine. I stopped drinking regular coffee completely, and cut back to a cup of decaf maybe once or twice a month. I would get Dunkin' Decaf - that was before I found a study that found up to 32mg of caffeine in a small cup! Yikes! Luckily with the extremely low caffeine content of Folgers, I can happily bring back my morning cup of coffee. I have to say its not too bad... I'm trying it right now with the coffeemate hazelnut creamer and its pretty good!
