I think I am having a heart attack frustrated

Hi, I am 28 year old female and I feel like I am about to have a heart attack. My left chest hurts on and off, my left arm upper and sometimes all the way to the fingers, my neck on the left and sometimes i feel like i have to breath so deep to get a breath. This has been going on for a week, I went to the ER on tues, EKG, blood work and chest xray fine. I followed up with cardio yesterday another EKG fine. He set me up for echo and stress test next week. I did have a stress test and echo 5 years ago when I started having palpations and they were fine. Should I go back to the ER? I am not an anxious person but I am losing it now. Any advice?

Thanks

If you feel something is wrong, don't risk it. Only you know how you feel, seek medical attention if you're concerned.

Good luck and keep us posted,

I was on those kinds of pills years ago when I first started with the palpations and found out I had SVT. I use to get panics attacks from those but over the years I learned to ignore them. I dont know whats going on now but I think I will go back to the ER.
