Interpretation of heart cath

Status: Completed 13-Sep-2023
Comments: Widely patent mid to distal RCA stent. Occluded stent in the LV branch, small with medical therapy recommended. Diffuse disease of the RPDA to 90%, small with medical therapy recommended. Widely patent stents in the proximal to mid LAD. 50% ostial ramus stenosis. Small circumflex with diffuse disease of the first and second marginal branches, less than 1mm in diameter with medical therapy recommended.   My dad is having chest pain, can’t even bend over to grab a pan out of drawer, is having to take 5-6 nitro pills a day.   Can you please help interpret these results and recommend suggestions as he is going to the hospital today and would like to know what type of questions to ask.
