I have been having chest pain lately. 3 months ago, I had an echocardiogram and a stress test and many EKGs. The only thing my doctor found was a very minor-trivial case of mitral regurgitation and state it was nothing to be concerned about. I had an EKG today, and it was abnormal, my doctor(non cardiologist) didn't seem to be concerned. I am uploading my EKG for your interpretation and reference. It reads: Possible Left Atrial Enlargement (What does this mean?), Possible Right Ventricular Conduction Delay (Any concerns?), and Moderate ST Depression (Any concerns?). These chest pains I get are sometimes on the left side below my breast, and I also feel my heart beating in my upper right shoulder blade. The past three weeks my heartbeat has been much higher while resting and sleeping and is sometimes between 92-100 when it used to always be 60 or 70. Please let me know if I should be concerned at all.
