Is there over the counter help

So where do I start?  I am 45 and over the last 10 years I believe I have heart palpitations.  That ohh my god my heart stop and then it starts again or flip flop.  I have gone and been to the heart specialist and they have done all the test Holter, Event, Stress but not the Artery probe I declined and my bp is 125/75.  Anyways everything is always good.

And thats where the stress level picks up. The first time was in a public event where there where EMS people around and I found myself in a abmulance ride to the hospital where the clever Doctor told me I had to much sun only outside for 5 minutes before it happened.

Sometime you wish something large would happen just to say I told you there was something wrong.  Anyway I have been living with this and I am tired of it.  I can be benign however thats hard to beleive when it is happening.
I get so dam tired after big ones.  I can actually feel the irregular beats or lack of a beat in my neck.  Now I just want to find something that after or during an event I can take something to make it stop.  They can last a couple of day to weeks then the disappear for sometimes up to 4 months but rare. SO living with this tends to make you think your are going crazy.

I have read that Apple Cider Vinegar can help or Magnesium is this somewhat true.  I would like to get something to stop.  It does effect quality of living all I want to do is sleep and hope it is gone in the morning.  I do believe this is heart palps as if it was something else I should be dead and I keep telling myself that.

Just looking for help.

I`ve had the same thing for many years as well.  I went on a total preservative free diet and am amazed at the results!  Palpitations are almost zero and I can sleep at night :)  Pretty much everything has preservatives in it but eating clean is possible.  Just takes lots of research and label reading.....anything manmade has preservatives even if it says it doesn`t.  And yeah, I get it - everyone looks at you like you`re crazy.  Feels awesome now to tell them, I think my happy face convinces them :)  I feel like I`ve gone back in time - I prepare all my own food so I can control what goes in to my food, all natural and preservative free.  Takes time and planning but it`s worth it.

Rather than a cardiologist, see your doctor and have a series of blood tests to see if you
are lacking anything. It could be a simple metal or something.
