Leaky valves

I have recently been diagnosed with minimal reguritation in all my valves. I was recently in the E.R. because my pulse rate (143+), pain in chest and neck pain. Palpatations occur daily, waking blood pressure 141/89 pulse 123. I am on  blood pressure medication and cymbalta (for fibro and anxiety). Have a history of pulmonary sarc and have mild COPD. How concerned should I be about the valves (had an echo 3 years ago and no valve problem at that time) and how do I overcome the pain in the chest, neck and palpatations without always thinking there is an upcoming heart problem. Heart cath revealed "non critical heart condition", Holter monitor OK, tachycardia but normal rythmn, some premature beats...

Trivial or mild valve leakage are considered medically insignifcant.  Not an uncommon condition and there almost always no symptoms or progression.
