Did you ever figure out what was wrong with you?  Have you looked into adrenal fatigue?  Find a functional medicine doctor.

I am 45 and since Jan 08 I have been having difficulty getting out of bed and standing or even walking.  The Dr's initially though I had mono but after months of me not getting better they were not sure.  I have been to every Dr including alternative and speciality and although they knew I was sick and ran every test imaginable and ruled them all out I went to the Mayo clinic in October and after many more test the only thing they could conclude was that I was not sleeping because of the pain in my legs so they gave me a cortisone injection which helped the pain somewhat and the swelling in my legs did go down but now it is back to being swollen.  The Dr's at the Mayo thought that my blood pressure was going to low which is why they think I have trouble getting out of bed and walking and having a normal life.  A couple weeks ago I started feeling better and my son got me on the WII exercise and was doing that for about 2 weeks and was feeling good and now for the last 2 weeks again I can bare stand or walk.  I saw my Dr yesterday and my blood pressure was 102/63 which she says is too low and she had me adding salt to my diet (which I love salt anyway) but she said it is not enough and wants me to take medication to increase my blood pressure but it has many side affects including weight gain and swelling.  I am starting to take my blood pressure 2x a day once in the morning and at night laying down and standing.  This morning it was 100/67
laying down (which I feel much better lying down and have a clearer mind) but I can't get a reading standing, it seems to work but it must be too low for a reading when I am standing.  I tried the cuff the same way as laying down and waited 5 mintues and sometimes longer and it beeps and does it thing but will not give me the reading while standing which is maybe because it is below its reading as very few have the problem that I do.  Everywhere I try and research this info on how low is too low no one has info or advice on how to get it up and am trying to get some answers.

How low is your blood pressure?  Exercising should bring your blood pressure up.  What do you mean by complications?  How old are you?  Lots of questions before I can give you some suggestions.
