Sharp pains that come and go are often pleuritic. Your physician will know more when you show them precisely where the pain is and describe the intensity, when it came on, how many times it came on, when it first came on, and couple that with a complete work-up. Bepropared to answer questions regarding the history of the pain conscisely when you see your M.D. It would probably help to keep a "painlog".

I would agree that you need a professional medical opinion and proper work-up. Chances are this is not cardiac pain. Upper right quadrant pain is commonly gall bladder. The nausea and weakness suggest cardiogenic etiology, but are not definitive. I would not worry an awful lot about this, but I would get an appointment with your family physician. It's impossible to provide definitive advice on an internet bulleten board.

You need to go see a cardiologist to conduct tests regarding your symptoms - in order to get the help you need, you require a medical diagnosis of your symptoms.  Good luck!
