I am taking Renexa...I need to know the side effects.  I am very, very tired.

I took Ranexa for a number of years before I had bypass surgery and it allowed me to exercise without experiencing angina.  I never associated it with fatigue.  Like Ed34 asks, what other drugs are you taking

Ranexa can cause a horrible headache  when combined with wine or spirits, I found that out!

Hi,  most common side effects are dizziness, headache, constipation, and nausea. More serious side effects are changes in heart rhythm. I don't think Ranexa should cause tiredness, it should improve your heart but can take a little time. Are you on any other medications?
