Do I have heart disease and how bad is it?

Im and 26 year old male thats 5'10.. 208 pounds I have high blood pressure that start around 2 years ago. My numbers were 170/98-180/101 with out taking medication. They are now around 134/82 while taking 20mg of lisinopril HTZ i also get pvs around 10 times a days some times 1 or 2 high likely is it that I have heart disease?

Also, tghe PACs/PVCs that you are having amount to nothing. You anxiety will make them worse so try not to be too concerned over them; they are a natural back-up for the heart's electrical system. You are not describing any heart related symptoms. If you are already dealing with HBP then you have a doctor. If there was an issue with your heart, he would have picked up on that already.

Hello,Blood pressure of 134/82 is fine.Your other question"how likely is it that I have heart disease?".Only a cardiologist that orders cardiac tests can answer that question.
So if you are concerned then you should seek an appointment with a cardiologist and have a though work up.Good luck.
