Chest pain and fast heart rate

Hello, I am a 27 yr old female. Iam otherwise healthy and not overweight. I was diagonosised with SVT (supra-ventricular tachicardia) when I was 18 yrs old. I was diagonised with POTS Syndrome resently.

Here is my probelm:

For the past yr I have been getting progresivly worse. My heart rate speeds up quite a bit after eating, hense I dont eat much. I have chest pain to the left side of my sterum and under my left breast sometimes it is sharp other times it is dull. I have palpitaions with this. Iam also having severe pain in my left side of my lower abdomen, I don't know if its related, it happenes more after eating. I have been in and out of the hospital and I can bearly do anything I want to anymore due to the pain and the worry of needing a hopital.
I had a cardic catherter last yr and the only thing it showed what bridging of my arteries with is not suposed to be a bad thing from what I know. Everytime I go to the ER they give me nitro-glycrin and narcotic pain killer shots l;ike Demeral or Tramidal.
Im always in pain and haviong paliptaions or fat hear t rate upon standing and am giving up hope on finding anything to help me, please if anyone knows anything help me understand what is going on.

Hello, I started off with SVT's, dull pain and sometimes sharp pains and lilght headed times.  I am having pacemaker I was diagnosed with 2nd Degree AV node block and right bundle branch bloke.  I felt like you do you get confused also and forget things if so don't worry it is part of the condition I did not realise this no one  told me and I thought I was going mad.  Please don't dispair. You will be ok.

I was reading your comment...Do you have a pacemaker or are you getting one? Also, is your AV block due to an ablation procedure? I just wonder, because I have had 3 ablations(2 of which failed and the jury still out on the 3rd) in 6 months for AFib.
After the 3rd procedure when I still was not feeling right my EP put me back on an event monitor which showed 2nd degree AV block along with the usual junctional escape rhythm I had before the procedure and IST. I am hoping for resolution to my symptoms even if it means pacemaker route.
