Pain in chest

I need to know if this is samthing to warry about, I do get chest pain were my heart is, I can't exactley say were the pain is. Same times it is like a sharp pain or other ways it is not that sore but you do know that samthing is not well the pain is there but not that pain full, same time's it feels like my left arm feels a bit num.  Let me say the pain is there and just sudenley it will be a sharp pain with the sharp pain it feels like Im getting a bit of vewer it feels like Im sweeting

If you are getting a sharp pain and sweating at the same time - i would take an aspirin and go see the doctor as soon as possible to rule out a heart attack.   Can you breath well?
