Pain in my left axillary artery ?

Hello

Is it possible that I can feel my left axillary artery hurt,
or do arteries not have nerves.. and can therefor not register pain??

The pain is mild upon rest,
but it becomes quite strong when using my arm to type,
or just anything else arms are used for.

I'm kind of worried this may be because I'm developing thrombosis or something.

I'm 22,
and I have been having some problems with extra-systoles as well as occasional light pressure/pain in my left chest. Sometimes i have uncomfortable palpitations as well.

The EKG's, stresstest and holter monitor did not reveal any serious disease,
so my cardiologist is not really worried about my chestpain/palpitations and "left axillary pain"... but I am.

Anyone have an idea what this could be?
