Restless arm and chest

I am 34 years old male. I am having this problem since childhood. I feel unrest in my left side of chest (the heart area) and left arm (into the middle of the palm of hand). It is a strange feeling and this condition mostly occurred at night time earlier but now it is becoming frequent even in day time. I usually bend my arm and stretch it to have some comfort in this condition but the condition has no time limit as it starts on its own and ends on its own.
Last year doctors removed my gallbladder as there were stones in it.

Currently my LFTs shows following results
Bilirubin                    0.9 mg/dL
SGPT (ALT)              190 U/L
SGOT (AST)              109 U/L
Alkaline Phosphatase  87 U/L
Gamma GT                156 U/L
Uric Acid                    7.2 mg/dL
Blood Sugar (Fasting)  93 mg/dL

Recently I went for hepatitis tests and they were negative,

Six months back my ecg and ett were ok.

I frequently feel lightheaded and a lot body pains, and burning feet soles when I touch earth or anything with my sole. I feel pain in my ankle joints and the pains are worse when I get up early in the morning and remain the whole day.
SInce 4 weeks I am feeling a lot of nausea and weakness.

Please help me
