Question about Nuclear Stress Test Results

Greetings, I had a Nuclear Stress Test on March 23, 2026.
I hope someone can explain what two portions of my Medical Records actually mean?  I have tried looking up all the Medical Words that I do not understand, but still do not understand anything.  Background information; I had a Heart Attack on January 7, 2003, followed by a Triple Bypass Surgery as three of my Main Arteries were all 90% Blocked. More recently I had a 2nd Heart Attack on July 7, 2015 caused by the Three Bypass Arteries being blocked with the following Percentages; 100%, 100%, and 40%. After the 2nd Heart Attack my LVEF was 35% as of July 17, 2015.  I have been rated 100% Service Connected  by the VA for Seven Plus Years along with three Months 100% SC Disabled for three months after my First Heart Attack (February 2003 through April 2003).  On August 5, 2015, 24 days after my 2nd Heart Attack, the VA stated they had evidence that my 100% has now improved to 10% (more or less nonexistent). Currently I have a Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm at 3.4 X 4.0 in size,  Popiteal Arteries in my lower extremities, and my Carotid Arteries are Blocked as follows R=60% to 70% Blocked and L=15% to 25% blocked! Also suffer from Pericarditis (Pain, Pressure, and Burning in Heart Area of my Chest) since January 8, 2003 continually. I will get to my questions now! Apologies for the Lengthy intro.
Part 1;
"Impression:
       1) Medium sized perfusion abnormality consistent with infarction
      in the inferolateral wall.  2) Normal  post stress LVEF, severe
      wall motion abnormality in the inferolateral wall."
Part 2;
Impression:
1) Medium sized perfusion abnormality consistent with infarction
in the inferolateral wall.  2) Normal  post stress LVEF, severe
wall motion abnormality in the inferolateral wall.

This study was interpreted in the Combined Nuclear Cardiology
Reading Conference, 23 March 2016.

Primary Diagnostic Code: SIGNIFICANT ABNORMALITY, ATTN NEEDED"

If any qualified Cardiologist can tell me if these are "Serious" or a "Non-Issue" or Related to "CAD", or do I need to Request some type of Surgery or Medicine to Reverse these Problems, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you in Advance for any information you can provide to me.

In Summary, both my Operating Cardiologist in Bloomington Illinois (for the 2nd Heart Attack "I was on Vacation") and the VA Cardiologist in Gainesville, Florida told me what they thought my Prognosis for the Future would be;
Bloomington Cardiologist:  I have less than Ten Years to Live and will most likely have 3 to 4 more Heart Attacks before I reach Ten Years, and any one of these will kill me sooner.
Florida VA Cardiologist:   I have less than Ten Years to Live and will most likely have 3 to 4 more Heart Attacks or Massive Strokes, before I reach Ten Years, and any one of these will kill me sooner.
These two Cardiologists are 1,100 miles apart. I ask the Florida VA Cardiologist if he had ever spoken with my Cardiologist in Bloomington and he said he Had Not!  I find it unbelievable that two Cardiologists can come to the Exact Same Conclusion, while the VA Regional Office Disability Personal Rate me 10% Disabled, more or less a Healthy Man!  The Cardiologists at the VA tell me that I am currently too weak to take a Treadmill Stress Test and will in all probability never be strong enough to take one in my future. I apologize again for writing so much!  The Aneurysm can kill me in less than 15 Seconds if it explodes or some blood clots break off.  I have no idea how many days I have left. I hope someone can help me!

I am so sorry for your heart problems. My best advice to you is to get seen by one of the top cardiologists in my area if you can make it here. There is no way you are being treated fairly and this is absolutely unjust. Yes there is a way you can reverse this and the reason i am telling you this is because i can recommend you to a very skilled and great cardio and electro physiologist Dr Atul Prakash MD in New Jersey. I do not know where you are from exactly, but this man in my area has saved lives and i can also provide you a link to one of his medical profiles where patients describe his life saving miracles. If there is any doctor you need to see right now it would be him my brother. If there is any way you can get to New Jersey and get seen by this doctor you will not regret seeing this comment because it will change your life if you fall into the hands of Dr Prakash. He could be one of the top cardiologists to ever walk the planet and you do not want to die within 10 years, dr prakash can assure you wont die anytime soon. This doctor doesnt charge alot of money so you dont have to worry about that and also can work with you as far as medical bills go.

If there is any way you can get to New Jersey please do so. Dr Prakash is not hard to find and im sure he would dedicate himself into making sure you will never come across another heart attack or anything within that nature. I hope you get to see this comment and take it very seriously. Listen to my advice man, make the right choice for the sake of your own health.

Wow, you have a complicated problem!
I think the first thing to note is that no doctors respond on this forum.  It's just us patients, and you clearly need to speak to a doctor or two in person about what is going on your body.

Second, your heart is obviously not healthy.  One question is how much function you really have.  There is a huge difference between 100% disability and 10% disability, and this needs to be resolved.  I would be inclined to believe your two cardiologists more than the Regional Office's Disability Personal, because the doctors are probably basing their opinions on the same medical data and drawing the same conclusion, while the office is simply more prone to clerical errors.  I think a conference with a third cardiologist to explain things to you is absolutely essential.  Think about your questions and write them down before you see anyone, and do not leave until all your questions are answered.

Third--and actually this should be FIRST--your 'primary diagnostic code' says this:  " SIGNIFICANT ABNORMALITY, ATTN NEEDED"

What this means is that you need to see a doctor RIGHT NOW, not just for questions of heart function, but to find out if your aneurism can be fixed--which is often the case--and if so, how soon.  As you know, this is a dangerous situation.

Don't wait on this:  Get on the phone and make arrangements to be seen as soon as possible.
