Question for fellow PVC sufferers

Hi. I have a question for those of you who also suffer from PVC's. I posted awhile back that I was getting a lot of them with some chest discomfort. They did the stress test, etc. on me and my heart looks fine. I was under a lot of stress then so I thought maybe that's why I was having those symptoms. I actually was doing pretty well lately without feeling any PVC's or chest pressure and was pleasently surprised and relieved. The last few days I've been feeling them a lot. My husband and I did some pretty heavy yard work all weekend and I was a little tired and sore but not bad. What surprised me was the PVC's came back. My question is can a lot of exercise bring on PVC's? When I took the stress test I actually did not have them so much while I was on the treadmill, but I had a lot before and after, so I thought that exercise would be good at controlling them. Now I'm not sure. I'm still pretty new at all of this. A lot of you seem pretty knowledgeable about all of this. Any info, suggestions or advice would be great! Thanks!

Thanks so much for the comments! Actually I do think I tend to get dehydrated. When they ran a blood test on me they said I was a little dehydrated. And I agree, I'm starting to realize that when I'm feeling a lot of stress I will feel them. I've been under a tremendous amount of stress the last ten months or so but I didn't have PVC's until about a month ago. I'm still trying to get used to this all. I'm trying to give stuff over to God more and quit holding on to so much. I have been feeling better the last few weeks. Thanks again for sharing your thoughts!

My doctor said that it is common that after something strenuous, like exercise, for there to be an increase.  Something about when the heart slows down from a lot of activity it allows the PVCs to react, since supposedly they occur more during a slow heart rate.  Mine tend to happen when I'm under stress, and not all the time.  It's so hit and miss, but exercise is supposed to relieve the frequency and strength in general.  Take care.

We all have different triggers, but one common thread seems to be stress - both physical and emotional.  Are you dehydrated?  Did you over-work yourself?  Those are some possibilities.
