Quit Smoking

6 weeks ago I was told by my cardiologist that I had had a heart attack and 5 weeks ago i Had a double bypass.
The day it went down I had picked up a prescription of Chantiks still sealed in its box....I quit without it...Had no choice and feel better......what can I do with the sealed prescription?

My last cigarette was the night of the heart attack. Once in a while when I'm waiting for something to happen I have a brief urge but just as fast as it comes, it goes.  I'm told most people start back up anywhere between a few days to six months latter.  With the above statement I can see how.  So, I too would hold on to that package just in case you need it.

Congratulations, quitting smoking was the very best thing you could do for yourself.

I'd suggest keep the Chantiks, and from time to time get it out and look at it, remember how much you paid for it as a reinforcement,  what a horrible choice we made when we smoked, and how desperate you were to quit.  I also smoked, I understand.  Well done!
