Ringing in ears, dizziness and sense of coldness to heart

Can ringing in the ears, dizziness and a sense of my blod being very cold when it goes to my heart be the signs of a heart attach?

I would have to say it could be a heart issue, after all, the heart is the pump responsible for delivering blood. I'm not saying a heart attack, just that it could be a heart problem and must never be over looked.

Have you seen your doctor for this?  Has it been suggested to you that you may have costochonditis? Just a thought.

No, I do not think so.

Ringing in ears and dizziness are sign of low BP. Never hear about "cold blood".
