Magnesium is an electrolyte.  Electrolyte imbalances can cause palpitations and arrhythmias.  Magnesium supplements do help some people with their PVCs and PACs.

When taking a magnesium supplement, do NOT take Magnesium Oxide as it's very poorly absorbed.

If you want to use mgcl2 you must take it transversely!

I use it daily and buy it from the uk they ship it down to me in france

nice report, Gina

when I'd developed sudden hypertension, I also had a low-level headache that was present every minute of every day for three weeks. (I had hardly ever had a headache in my life prior to that.)

Within 24 hours of starting magnesium, the headache was gone. I think it's also helped with the hypertension.

Mg is difficult to get in diet. E.g., it's in whole wheat bread but the phytates that are also in bread impede absorption.

You can also get Mg from a bath in epsom salts. The idea of getting Mg through the skin seemed weird to me, until I correlated that with the "aquatic ape" theory. (There is Mg in ocean water.)
