Stents

48 year old male-I had the procedure done on Dec 15, 2010.  (4) Stents-since that time I have had minor pain in my left shoulder-under my shoulder and above my breast plate on the left side.  How would I know if something was wrong with the stents?  Would it be major pain?  Is the type of pain I am describing common for stents?

I am really not active-no walking or running since the procedure was done. When I do walk the pain in the aboe listed areas increases.  EKG apperars normal and heart rate seems normal

I had five long stents put in my left coronary artery and had a pinching sensation for a few weeks, a bit like the stitch you feel between your ribs when running sometimes, only a lot deeper. I received a call the day after discharge and it was a nurse but it was her opening words which shocked me "you need to drink lots of fluids, and you may feel a kind of pinching in your left side for a while". Was she psychic or what.
