Thanks very much for your imput. I wish you all the best with your health issues. it sounds like you have been through a lot. God bless.
It sounds like some of your symptoms may be sleep apnea. I had severe memory loss, snoring, constant tiredness, and headaches before I was sent for the sleep test. Within 3 days I felt normal again after getting CPAP. And my sleep apnea was mild to moderate. Sleep apnea has also been associated with heart problems in various research studies. So, get a reliable doctor who will make the necessary referrals.
I am a 59 year old T2 diabetic male with stent, sleep apnea, and pacemaker/defibrillator. Get a another doctor who can schedule tests for your heart and a trip to a sleep study lab. Been through all that. I had a heart attack, without the classic symptoms, four years ago. A 90% blockage necessitated a stent. I also developed congestive heart failure that led to the heart device implant. I'm just recovering from the surgery but can feel some progress. I also use a cpap(continuous positive air pressure) machine when I sleep. I don't toss or snore anymore and I feel more refreshed because my sleep stages are more efficient and less fragmented. It takes time getting used to sleeping with a mask over the nose but you quickly get over any discomfort.
