I have a knot on my collar bone next to my sternum.

I had bypass surgery two years ago. I wonder if it had anything to do with them splitting my sternum? Has anyone else had this problem after open heart surgery? Thanks, any input would be appreciated.

Have you had this knot ever since the surgery, or is it more recent?

I just noticed it about a year ago.
Eh, I think it would be a good idea to ask your doctor about it.  It could be normal, but it could be some kind of inflammation or irritation.
