PTB may suggest a diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis or a lung mass in the pulmonary upper lobe. Tortuous aorta indicates the aorta vessel (vessel from the left ventricle pumping chamber to system) has unusual twists and turns rather than an even representation of the vessel for blood flow.
