Perhaps this is due to early signs from high blood pressure problems occurring again but the cardiologist will have to make decisions on the information he has. Your valves look fine, but something has been making your heart work harder than usual
M sorry for replying again and again something is wrong with my system
And I have high blood pressure ocasionally frm last 3 years which remained almost controlled till last year ,bt frm some months I again seee this ocasional high blood pressure

Your heart muscle in the left ventricle is thickening and the left atria is starting to enlarge, so that causes me to ask some further information.
1. What kind of test was it you had? was it an Echo? If so, what does the report say about your valves? In particular the Mitral valve.
2. Are you a trained athlete?
3. Have you had high blood pressure for some considerable time?
On a test like you had, mild means almost normal. Almost all of us have mild symptoms. I'd be very, very happy with that diagnosis.
