palpitations and dizzy

hi, im 27 years old female, pregnant in my 16 th week, my story started before 3 monthes at the same day i knew that im pregnant! i felt tired chest heaviness and very nuseated and dizzy, i felt i will lose my conciousness so i went to emergency department, my ECG show ST depression in leads V1 and V2, my heart rate was 107b/min, my breath wasnormal and my O2 saturation was normal despite the shortness of breath that i felt, my chest X-ray was normal, cardiac enzyme test was negative, all my blood test were normal except for D-dimer which was 1.3. i supposed to do chest CT but the doctors try not to make me do it becouse im in early pregnancy. now for 3 monthes period i feel frequent palpitaions, dizzy, chest tightness and left side chest pain (like strain). ECg was repeated to me 3 or 4 times i still have ST depession, my physical exam show normal heart rythem and sounds, normal breathing sounds. echo was done and was normal, a holter ECg test was done and i still waitnig for the result from almost 3 weeks!!
before these 3 monthes and before this pregnancy i was completly healthy! never went to doctor even for flue!!!
im very tired, and waiting all that period driving me crazy!!!!!!! please i need help from you even good or bad news i just want to know what is happening with me?? im very tired.

You may get a good answer from a pediatric doctor, and it certainly is wise not to get exposed to CT scan rays. You will see the link to the doctor if scroll down and at the right side you see the link.
