Tickling sensation in chest

25yoMale. I keep getting a tickling sensation in my chest. It is just to the left of my sternum. It usually only last for a few seconds at a time, but it worries me since I was diagnosed with a bicuspid aortic valve with a little leakage about a month and a half ago. I do have reflux daily. Should I be worried about my heart?

It turned out to be related to issues I'm having with my stomach.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
What you may be having is heart fluttering or palpitations. If there is any shortness of breath especially with exertion or when lying flat, leg swelling, rapid heart beat, then you may need to get it checked from your cardiologist.  You can benefit from daily exercise, like walking and avoiding smoking.

If the symptoms are severe then you may need vasodilators or surgery.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
