chest pain/pressure/palpitations

A little background on me: I'm 27 years old, trying to quit smoking, obese, mother of 4. I have been diagnosed with IST with episodes of PSVT about 6-7 years ago.
In the past year: I have developed the feeling of skipped beats when I'm having a svt episode. Doesn't matter what I'm doing driving, sitting, walking...
In the past 3-4 months: I have started to get chest pain. Its a deep achy feeling in the center of my chest that extends into my back kind of between/above shoulder blades, along with occasional "zings" into my jaw. Some have been bad enough I considered going to the ER but just recently got insurance again.
2 weeks ago: I was sent for all kinds of tests by my family doctor. My EKG came back abnormal with "inferior q waves" I don't know what this means??? I do know that it isn't a computer generated remark because the nurse told me that when I asked her why my ekg was abnormal and she said she would have to ask the doctor because it wasn't printed out like that.
Tuesday I go to see a cardiologist, but its driving me crazy not knowing what it could possibly be???? I do have a strong family history of heart disease, but usually they dont get to the point of having bypasses and all that until around 50. Maybe I'm just extra lucky??? Could someone explain this to me? What is an inferior q wave?

Should be on the internet, BUT, machines cannot give you an accurate diagnoses. My EKG gave my Drs. an abnormal right bundle branch block for years, since I was a teen... They kept saying it was ok, until I was 51, then they and I got a surprise.......Don't fret or be concerned until you know the entire diagnoses.Just don't miss your appointment. Praying for a good report and treatment if necessary...God bless....
