In my case, I started walking. I walk, briskly, for at least 3 miles a day, 6 days a week. This not only helped with my blood pressure, I sleep better and it keeps my weight in check. What is your blood pressure reading normally and what meds do you take? You may need to change meds or doses. Take care, Ally
