Worried about heart rate

I usually don't post on forums online like this but I'm kind of concerned. My heart rate while I'm resting is usually 88-92. It does get very high at some point most days though. Usually it doesn't get over 135...I guess that even feels weird for me considering I'm only 20. Today I was resting in bed and I was sweating so I got up to turn down the air even though I already had it at a comfortable tempurature. When I got up I got really lightheaded and dizzy. I started to black out and I almost fainted while I was walking down the hall. So I went in my room and sat down for a few minutes and then took my blood pressure and heart rate with my digital blood pressure monitor and my pulse was 143 but my blood pressure was okay, it was 98/72. I have been stress free all day so I can't think of anything that could have caused this.

Any ideas?

I'm going to call my primary care physician on Monday, thanks.

I have been told that my iron levels were low before but that was like 5 years ago. And no, I am far from being bulemic.

You might have anemia. Are you bulemic?

Make an appointment with your doctor and request a 48 hr. Holter monitor. This will tell you what your average heart rate is and whether it is in normal sinus rhythm when it is at the higher rate.

I forgot a couple things. I already said I was 20 but I'm a female and I'm 5'5 and 115 lbs., if that even matters. It was at 143 at 11:00AM and now it's 1:45 here and I've been sitting down pretty much the entire time since then because I wanted it to go down but I still have bad chest pains and my heart rate has gone down to 124, but that's still high. At least I think it is.
