Yesterday night I thought I was going to die, my heartbeat must have been 30

Hello all,

I want to share what happened to me yesterday and would be intrigued if anyone knows what this sounds like, maybe someone experienced the same.

Extra information: I had a fever during this time, a virus, high temperature and I laid on bed the entire day.

This happened in the timespan of maybe 3-5 minutes, I started feeling dizzy, my hearing was getting really muffled (very muffled, as if someone right next to me sounded very far away), my vision was unchanged. My heartbeat was extremely slow, 1 beat every 2-3 seconds, this lasted for maybe 75 seconds untill I put my knees up and my head down.

Does anyone know what these symptoms might mean? Is this something that is normal when you have a virus?

Thank you,
