about my ECg

hI,
I am little concerned with my EKG as it says, diagnosis 800 sinus rythm 203 right axis deviation 121 counter clock wise rotation.
I had this wcg after having few palpitation episodes.
I experience very fast heart beat like 100 pr min usualy in morning...and some times low..like 50-55 per mn.

Hello and hope you are doing well.

Sinus rhythm is the normal regular rhythm of the heart set by the natural pacemaker of the heart called the sinoatrial (or sinus) node. Variations in heart rate can occur, if there is persistent high or low rate then the cause needs to be investigated.
