Heart Attack Survivors

I am interested in making contact with individuals who have survived a heart attack and would be willing to share their stories and personal experiences for a new book project about surviving a heart attack I am currently working on. The book is about giving people hope that they can overcome a heart attack and live a much better life afterwards. Interested in finding out what you did to survive and how you improved your life ie, surgery, alternative medicines, prescription medicines, lifestyle changes, etc. Names and locations may be kept confidential, if you wish.
