Are there any beta blockers that don't cause insomnia? I've tried atenolol, pindolol, metoprolol, propanolol and haven't been able to sleep while on them, but my hr is always above 100 plus, so need something to control it. Thanks!
i take timolol its a old bb but ive been on it for 15 years it works great, very little side affects if any and it keeps my heart at a good steady slow pace . . drs dont give it much but its worked for me and i will not change it after 15 years still working .
Have you tried taking it earlier in the day? I take mine at noon and it seems to help. It seemed when I took a BB at bed my heartrate and bp would drop and then I would get restless leg sometimes and just restless whole body others.
