can a 99% blocked circumflex be fixed by bypass?

my mom had a small heart attack aug5 they put in bypass and she had another heart attack on sept.16 they done cath the 18th and found her circumflex was 99% blocked the dr tried to fix it and perforated it he got it to stop bleeding and told us they can't do anymore for her.but cant the circumflex be fixed with a bypass during open heart surgery?????

Did they bypass only one artery the first time? I assume that they did a cath before the bypass - what were the results?
